Beloved, you may not need another article on the Vatican’s recent “Doctrinal Note” which stated that to call our Blessed Mother “Co-Redemptrix” and “Mediatrix of All Grace” is inappropriate. However, I find this true and heart-felt response of Bishop Athanasius Schneider very beautiful and that which matches my own heart. 

Let us pray that, through the Vatican bringing our Lady’s titles into such focus, however sadly it was done, will be the very vehicle Our Lord will use to bring a large number of Catholics into a deeper knowledge of and devotion to the Mother God has given to the world, the Mother of the Messiah, of God Himself, who, “for us men and our salvation” redeemed the world.

Beloved, perhaps you are aware of the Vatican’s recent note on the matter of Our Blessed Mother’s being given the formal title of Co-Redemptrix, which, by the way, she has been for 2,000+ years.

Here, for those who wish, is an excellent presentation of one year ago by His Eminence Raymond Leo Cardinal Burke. I pray it will increase the understanding and confidence of all the Faithful in the Immaculate One who is the Mother of God and our Mother.
